<p style="text-align: justify;">हाल ही में अनुपम खेर को जी सिने अवॉर्ड्स के दौरान ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ फिल्म के लिए बेस्ट एक्टर का अवॉर्ड मिला. खास बात ये है कि अनुपम खेर को ये अवॉर्ड देने के लिए ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ के डायरेक्टर विवेक अग्निहोत्री स्टेज पर मौजूद रहे हैं. इस मौके का एक वीडियो अनुपम खेर ने अपने ऑफिशियल इंस्टाग्राम हैंडल पर शेयर किया है. इस वीडियो में विवेक अग्निहोत्री कह रहे है कि- ‘अनुपम जी को ये अवॉर्ड देने से पहले हम आपको एक रोचक किस्सा बताने जा रहा हूं. फिल्म द कश्मीर फाइल्स में अनुपम खेर के किरदार का नाम कैसे पड़ा. दरअसल जब मैं मुंबई आया था, तब मैं खेर साहब की कंपनी में ही काम करता था.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">अनुपम खेर तो ऑफिस में ज्यादा रुकते नहीं थे. लेकिन इनके बुर्जग पिता के साथ मेरा काफी वक्त बीता. मैं अक्सर उनसे मिलने जाता रहता था. उनकी छवि मेरे नजरों में एक शानदार शख्सियत की थी. इसके बाद जब मैं अनुपम खेर को द कश्मीर फाइल्स की स्क्रिप्ट सुनाने के लिए न्यूयॉर्क गया तो खेर साहब ने मुझसे इस फिल्म में अपने किरदार के नाम के बारे में पूछा, उस वक्त मेरे दिमाग में खेर साहब के पिता का चेहरा सामने आया.’ </p>
